School of Language and Communication at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) is accepting international applications for the Master of Arts Regular Programs: 

Qualifications of Applicants
1. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent from an accredited academic institution.
2. Applicants who are currently studying in the last semester of a Bachelor’s Degree program must submit a complete (final) transcript with the specified date of graduation on or before the first day of the semester for which they have been accepted.
3. Applicants whose native language is not English must prove sufficient English proficiency by submitting results from one of the following English proficiency tests:
3.1) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) paper-based score of 550 or computer-based score of 213 or Internet-based score of 79. If applicants submit their TOEFL/ITP results, the Institute will only consider the results of the TOEFL/ITP exam taken at NIDA. The result is valid for two years.
3.2) International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0.
Note: The TOEFL and IELTS tests must have been taken not more than two years prior to the application date.
